The first time around, I didn’t learn from my mistakes, until the second blow! Sick & Tired is an understatement! I was diagnosed with Burnout. My recovery was long and difficult. By nature, I’m a busy, hard-working, goal and task-oriented achiever (with high standards) & a performer at work & home. I’m a talented leader in many ways, but I’ve lost track somehow. I started off my career with big dreams, but ended up feeling more like a rock, than a star! Being a leader wasn’t fun anymore.

I had to go through the “school of life” to learn how to be ‘me’; but still stay at the top of my game with a sustainable work-life-balance… I have since learned how to move from an ‘empty’ & overwhelmed life to a life of overflowing where I’m a blessing to all those around me.

My journey has led me to study Life Coaching & today I’m helping countless Performance-Driven Small Business Leaders + Heart-Driven Ministry/ NPO & NGO Leaders. My clients are typically looking for a safe (& sometimes Christian) environment where they can process life with a professional and holistic Coaching Practitioner who listens well & who understands them well.
